Only some features of the Review Insights module in Conversion Kit need an OpenRouter API key.
Works without a key. The trust badge works without any API key. It shows the star rating and review count near the booking widget, and you can also place it with the [hrck_trust_badge] shortcode. It is on by default and appears on a property page once that property has 3 or more synced reviews.
Requires a key. The AI-generated features need an OpenRouter API key: the review summary, the guest FAQ section (including its FAQ structured data for Google rich results), the Best For tags, and the seasonal highlights.
