Yes. Each property can carry its own rental agreement text, set on the property itself. When a property has its own agreement text, it takes precedence over the site-wide default at checkout.
When the agreement appears. The agreement box only appears at checkout when both an agreement text and an acceptance label are set. If either one is empty, the card is hidden entirely.
