# Different rental agreements per property

Yes. Each property can carry its own rental agreement text, set on the property itself. When a property has its own agreement text, it takes precedence over the site-wide default at checkout.

**When the agreement appears.** The agreement box only appears at checkout when both an agreement text and an acceptance label are set. If either one is empty, the card is hidden entirely.
