Importing Airbnb and Google reviews

You can bring your existing Airbnb and Google reviews onto your HomeRunner direct-booking site. The HomeRunner Toolkit includes a Review Importer, found under HomeRunner Hub in WordPress admin, in the Reviews category. It supports both CSV import and manual entry.

Airbnb reviews. Airbnb lets you export your reviews as a CSV file, which you can then import:

  1. Export your reviews from Airbnb as a CSV.
  2. Upload the file on the CSV Import tab.
  3. Map the columns. The importer pre-fills the obvious ones.
  4. Match each review to the correct property. Properties with the same title are distinguished by internal name.

Google reviews. Google does not offer a CSV export, so you add Google reviews one at a time on the manual entry tab.

After import. Imported reviews carry their own source tag, so they survive later syncs from your PMS. They appear alongside your other reviews on property pages and the reviews page.
