You can change the rate plan names guests see without renaming them in your PMS. The Rate Plan Control module in the HomeRunner Toolkit replaces a rate plan’s displayed name on the booking panel and at checkout. The names in your PMS stay as they are.
To set this up. Send support the text each plan name starts with (for example "FLEX 5") and the wording guests should see. Support adds one display rule per plan.
Plan explainers. The same module can add a short explainer behind an information icon next to a plan, for example its cancellation terms.
