Compare rates: accuracy and channel percentages

The savings shown by compare rates on your booking page are estimates, not live channel quotes.

Why this happens. Your site takes your direct-booking total and adds a configurable percentage for each channel.

Changing the channel percentages.

1. In WordPress, go to Conversion Kit, then the rate comparison tool.
2. Edit the percentage next to each channel. Set each one to the service fees that channel currently charges your guests.
3. Switch off any channel you do not use so it does not appear.
