After you deactivate a conflicting standalone ACF plugin, property photos saved while that plugin was active still need to be restored.
Why this happens. Photos saved while the conflicting plugin was active are stored in a format the gallery cannot read. Deactivating the plugin does not convert them back.
What to do. Contact HomeRunner support to have the affected listings re-synced. Support performs a rewrite that restores these photos to the normal format. Running Property Sync yourself is not enough to fix photos that were already saved in the wrong format.
