# Restoring property photos after deactivating ACF

After you deactivate a conflicting standalone ACF plugin, property photos saved while that plugin was active still need to be restored.

**Why this happens.** Photos saved while the conflicting plugin was active are stored in a format the gallery cannot read. Deactivating the plugin does not convert them back.

**What to do.** Contact HomeRunner support to have the affected listings re-synced. Support performs a rewrite that restores these photos to the normal format. Running **Property Sync** yourself is not enough to fix photos that were already saved in the wrong format.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
