Headline minimum stay does not match the PMS

The minimum stay shown on your website does not match what you set in your PMS, even after you update it there. This is not necessarily a data sync problem.

Why this happens. When a property has minimum stays that vary by date or season, for example two nights in some windows and seven in others, the website can display a single headline number that does not match what a guest sees when they pick specific dates. The headline is a display-only summary, and it can be misleading for properties with variable minimums.

The booking calendar always enforces the correct minimum for any given date range, so no booking gets through that should not.

What you can do. For sites where the minimum changes significantly by date, support can turn the headline number off. Guests then go directly to the calendar and see the real availability without a confusing upfront number.

For properties with a fixed long-term minimum, such as a 30-night requirement, keeping that number visible is usually worth it because it qualifies guests before they start searching.
