A newly synced amenity does not appear in your site’s search filter, even though the filter options are sorted alphabetically.
Why this happens. Alphabetical sorting controls the order of options that are already turned on. It does not automatically enable new amenities in the filter.
What you can do. Enable the newly synced amenity in your site’s explorer filter settings. Once it is enabled, it appears in the filter.
