Property missing from the website map

When a property does not appear on your website’s map, the cause is almost always one of three things. The map shows exactly the same set of properties as the property search grid.

The listing is not active in your PMS. Your website mirrors your PMS automatically. A property that is unlisted or deactivated in your PMS, or that carries an exclusion tag you have configured, drops off the site and its map. Check the listing’s active or listed status in your PMS first. Once the listing is relisted, it returns to the site on the next sync.

Multiple units share one map pin. Units in the same building have identical coordinates, so they appear as a single pin at that address. If your site has the map stacking feature enabled, clicking the pin fans out the individual units. An owner scanning pins may not realize their unit is grouped under the building’s pin.

The map opens zoomed out. Portfolios spread across distant regions open with a wide view. Zooming into the property’s area reveals its pin.

If a specific listing is active in your PMS and is still missing after a sync, send the property name to support so it can be checked individually.
