The photos on your website appear in a different order than on your Airbnb listing.
Why this happens. Your website mirrors the photo order saved in your property management system (PMS), not the order shown on Airbnb. Airbnb keeps its own separate photo arrangement, so rearranging photos on Airbnb does not change your website.
Changing the photo order.
- Open the listing in your PMS.
- Drag the photos into the order you want.
- Save.
The first photo in your PMS becomes the hero image on your website’s search results and property page. The change reaches your website on the next sync. If it has not appeared after a while, contact support to have it pulled through.
