When you open Show all photos, the photo tour may appear as a narrow column with small photos and misaligned room names, and the mouse wheel scrolls the page instead of the dialog.
Why this happens. This is a display bug in HomeRunner Toolkit versions 3.318.0 through 3.321.2.
What you can do. Update the HomeRunner Toolkit plugin by going to Plugins > HomeRunner Toolkit > Update, or ask support to push the update. In version 3.321.4 or later, the photo tour displays correctly: the room index appears as a grid of tiles at the top, each room shows as a wide section with the room name on the left and photos on the right, and the dialog scrolls independently while the page stays in place. The 3D Tour button continues to open Matterport as expected.
