On a landing page configured for specific dates, the search bar’s When field shows ‘Add dates’ and home cards show ‘Starting at’ prices instead of the price for the specific stay.
Why this happens. This is a known issue in versions of the HomeRunner Toolkit older than 3.289.1. On those versions, the search bar’s When field and home card prices do not read the dates configured on the page.
How to fix it. Update the HomeRunner Toolkit to version 3.289.1 or later. From that version, the search bar and home cards automatically read the page’s configured dates and show the correct stay period and per-stay pricing. Dates a guest selects manually, or dates passed in the page URL, still take priority over the page defaults.
Workaround. If you cannot update right away, link to the page with the dates in the URL by adding ?checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD to the page address. The search bar and prices then reflect those dates.
