If the same photo shows up twice in a listing gallery on your site, the cause is usually one of two things.
Duplicate upload in your PMS. Your PMS treats each upload as a separate photo, even if the picture is identical, and every uploaded photo syncs to your site. Check your PMS for the same image added more than once. If you find a duplicate upload, delete the extra copy in the PMS. It drops off your website automatically on the next sync.
Duplicate on the HomeRunner side. If the photo appears only once in your PMS but twice on your site, the issue is on the HomeRunner side. Contact support so it can be cleared. After it is corrected, run a full property sync from your WordPress admin (HomeRunner sync) to refresh the gallery. The corrected set of photos appears within a few minutes.
