Your house rules are filled in on Guesty, but they do not appear on your website’s checkout page.
How house rules display. House rules sync from each Guesty listing and display on the checkout page in a Rules box.
Why this happens. The rules are hidden when both of the following are true: a Rental Agreement is configured on your site (either per property or as the global Rental Agreement in HomeRunner Reservation Settings), and the setting Hide property rules when Rental Agreement is shown is enabled. This setting is enabled by default. Its purpose is to avoid showing the rules twice.
What you can do. To show the per-property rules alongside the Rental Agreement, turn off Hide property rules when Rental Agreement is shown in HomeRunner Reservation Settings. If your Rental Agreement already contains the rules, you can leave the setting enabled.
About the Guesty setting. The show house rules option in Guesty’s company settings only affects Guesty’s own booking pages. Your website reads rules directly from each listing, so any edits you make at the listing level carry over on the next sync.
If the rules still do not appear after you adjust the setting, confirm that the listing actually has house rules filled in on the Guesty side. Your website can only display what Guesty sends.
