Your availability search excludes a property for certain dates, even though the property’s individual calendar shows those nights as open.
Why this happens. In nearly every case this is the minimum-stay rule, not a sync problem or a search bug. The two screens answer different questions. The individual property calendar shows night-by-night availability only, meaning whether each night is already booked. It does not display the minimum-stay requirement. The availability search applies the full booking rules: every night in the requested range must be open, and the property’s minimum stay for those dates must be satisfied.
A property can therefore show a run of open, green nights on its calendar and still be correctly excluded from the search, because those dates carry a minimum stay longer than the requested trip.
