If your site uses Hospitable, your Reviews Page may show more reviews than you expect.
Why this happens. The Reviews Page totals every review attached to your listed homes. Hospitable reports reviews per property, and a property includes every channel listing connected to it. When an owner’s Airbnb listing is linked to a home in Hospitable, that listing’s full review history comes through as reviews of the home. This includes reviews earned before you took over management. The Reviews Page adds all of those up, which can make the count higher than you expect.
