Checkout shows another company’s branding and rates

Your property’s checkout page shows a different company’s branding and rates instead of those from your own PMS account.

Why this happens. The same property is shared into your site from two different PMS connections, for example your own account and a third-party manager’s account that also lists the home. The site page can only bind to one copy, and it binds to a copy that is active. If your own copy of the property is marked unlisted or not bookable in your PMS, the page falls back to the other account’s copy. Checkout then follows that account, including its rates and minimum-stay rules.

What you can do.

  1. In your own PMS account, make the property listed and bookable for the website channel.
  2. Ask support to switch the page to your copy.
  3. Ask support to remove the duplicate copy from the properties synced to your site so the two do not collide.
