Your city or destination landing page loads but shows no properties.
Why this happens. City landing pages filter listings by the city on each listing’s address in your PMS. If none of your listings carry that city in their Guesty address field, the page has nothing to show.
How to fix it. There are two options:
- If the listings are actually in that city, correct the city field on each listing’s address in Guesty and let the next sync run.
- If the page represents an area or market rather than the literal address city (for example, listings addressed in a neighboring town that you market under "Sedona"), add a tag in Guesty (such as "Sedona") to each listing you want featured on that page. Then let support know the tag name so the page can be pointed at the tag instead of the city.
