Search or collection page shows no homes

A search or collection page on your site shows no homes, and its map is blank.

Why this happens. The page filters on a Tag (or an amenity or bedroom count) that no listing currently carries. When the result set is empty, the map has nothing to plot, so it stays blank.

What you can do. Check the rule the page uses, then do one of the following:

  1. Put the Tag on the listings in your PMS. In Guesty, open each listing and add the Tag with the exact name the page expects. The site picks up the Tag on its next sync, and the page fills on its own.
  2. If you no longer use that grouping, have the page taken down and its address forwarded to the parent page (for example, a single tier page forwards to the ratings overview). This way, old links and search results still land somewhere useful.

Bedroom-count pages. A bedroom-count page (for example, "8-Bedroom Rentals") is empty because no listing has that many bedrooms. Forward it to a larger-groups page or remove it.
