You have set a property to inactive in your PMS, but it still appears on your HomeRunner site.
Why this happens. HomeRunner is a direct-booking site and mirrors every listing that still exists in your PMS account. Turning off channel/OTA export in your PMS only stops that listing from being pushed to Airbnb, Vrbo, and the other channels. It does not remove the listing, so your direct-booking site still picks it up.
How to remove it. To take a unit off your HomeRunner site, archive or delete the listing in your PMS so it is no longer in your active listings. Once it is out of the listings feed, it drops off your HomeRunner site automatically on the next sync.
Keeping the listing in your PMS. If you want to keep the listing in your PMS but hide it from your HomeRunner site, contact support. Support can advise on the best option for your setup.
