You set a hero image on a property page in WordPress, but it later changes back or goes blank.
Why this happens. On a HomeRunner site, a property page’s hero image is normally driven by that property’s main (cover) image in HomeRunner, which syncs from your PMS. The sync refreshes that field on a schedule, so anything you set by hand in WordPress is replaced on the next sync. If the property has no main image at the source, the sync clears the hero image to blank.
What you can do. The durable fix is to set a main (cover) image on the property in your PMS, the same place your other photos come from. Once it is set, the sync fills the website hero image automatically and it stays in place.
