Dates more than about 180 days out show as unavailable on your booking site, even though your PMS calendar is open for those dates. This is a calendar display setting on the website, not a sync issue.
Why this happens. The HomeRunner plugin controls how far ahead visitors can browse the calendar. The main setting, Maximum calendar days (on the Property tab in HomeRunner Settings), defaults to 365 days. If the Member feature is enabled (User tab, Member Setting, Enable Member Feature), visitors who are not logged in as members get their own separate calendar window. A second setting called Non-Member Maximum Calendar Days controls that window, and it defaults to 180 days. The non-member value overrides the main Maximum calendar days for every public visitor. Anything past roughly 6 months shows as unavailable regardless of what your PMS shows, even when the main setting reads 365.
What you can do. Choose one of these options:
- If you are not using member-only content, turn the Member feature off in HomeRunner Settings.
- Leave the Member feature on and raise Non-Member Maximum Calendar Days to match your Maximum calendar days value.
Always verify the result in a logged-out or private browsing window, since logged-in admins are not subject to the non-member cap.
