Guesty changes slow to appear on website

Changes you make in Guesty, such as cancellations, blocks, or rate changes, can take several hours to show on your website.

Why this happens. Your website keeps a mirrored copy of your Guesty calendar and rates. By default, that mirror refreshes on a scheduled sync that runs twice a day, so a change can take several hours to appear. Guesty also supports a real-time push through a webhook subscription, which sends each calendar, rate, or reservation change to HomeRunner the moment it happens. When that push is active on your connection, changes typically reach your site within a few minutes. If your changes only arrive on the scheduled sync, the real-time subscription is not active.

What you can do. Contact support to enable the real-time subscription on your Guesty connection. No change is needed inside your Guesty account.

Checkout is not affected. The price and availability a guest sees at checkout are pulled directly from Guesty at that moment, so a blocked date cannot be booked during the delay. The lag only affects what the calendar and nightly rates display between syncs.
