The property links in the Booking Engine panel in Guesty connect to your website. When the old Guesty booking-engine site is turned off, Guesty forwards its property links to your website’s domain, and each link lands on the matching property page there.
Why this happens. If the links show a redirect error instead, the cause is usually a configuration issue on the domain the links forward to, rather than anything in Guesty itself. For example, the www version of the domain may not resolve correctly.
What happens next. HomeRunner corrects this on the website and domain side. Once it is corrected, the same Guesty links open the right property pages. If a link still shows an error after the fix, your browser has cached the old redirect. A hard refresh or clearing your browser cache resolves it.
