Some property listing pages return an error or fail to load for guests, while other pages on your site work fine.
Why this happens. When some pages work and others do not, a caching layer is usually serving stored good copies of some pages while uncached pages hit an underlying error. Here, the cause was a footer script in a HomeRunner plugin that crashed on certain property pages. Those pages failed with a server error for any visitor who was not served a cached copy.
What to do. A corrected version of the plugin has been released and deployed across all sites, and affected property pages now load normally. If guests reported specific listings they could not reach, send those URLs to support so support can confirm they are resolved.
