Featured sort: order within the featured group

When a property list on your HomeRunner WordPress site is sorted by Featured, properties appear in a fixed order that you cannot rearrange by hand.

How the order works. The Featured sort places properties in four tiers:

  1. Any property marked sticky appears at the top.
  2. Featured properties come next, ordered by average guest rating from highest to lowest.
  3. Featured properties with the same rating, including those with no reviews yet, are then sorted by title A to Z.
  4. Non-featured properties follow at the end, using the same rating-then-title order.

Changing a property’s position. There is no drag-and-drop or manual ranking within the featured group. Marking a property as featured moves it into the featured group but does not control its position within that group. To move a specific featured property above the others, you can either mark it sticky or improve its review rating.

The "show only featured" option. The show only featured list option filters the list to featured properties but does not apply this ranking. That list follows whatever sort the list is configured to use, which is title A to Z by default.
