Hover message on greyed-out calendar dates

When you hover over a greyed-out date in the booking calendar that falls inside the advance-notice window, you see the notice message configured for your site, for example ‘Requires 7-day advance booking’, along with a shortcut to the first available check-in dates.

This message confirms that the date is blocked by the advance-notice rule rather than by an existing reservation.
