Clean items[] array setting in Conversion Tracking

When you turn on Clean items[] array in the HomeRunner Toolkit’s Conversion Tracking module, fees and taxes are removed from the GA4 items list. Those values move to a fees_total parameter and individual per-fee parameters instead.
