The HomeRunner admin may show a property with the correct tag even though the property is deactivated and not syncing. For a deactivated property, you cannot rely on what the admin shows.
Why this happens. The tags and other details shown in the HomeRunner admin for a deactivated property reflect the last time that property successfully synced, not its current state in Guesty. If a listing’s tags were changed in Guesty after it was deactivated, the admin shows the outdated information.
What you can do. To see the current status, check the listing directly in your Guesty account.
