Website calendar out of sync with PMS

Your website calendar shows dates as available even though they are blocked in your PMS.

Why this happens. The calendar and pricing on your site come from a local copy stored on the website itself. HomeRunner refreshes this copy whenever something changes in your PMS. The local copy falls out of date when update webhooks are not registered for your site, or when auto-sync is turned off. Booking requests always check availability live with the PMS. This is why a stale calendar still refuses blocked dates and double-bookings do not occur.

How to fix it. From your WordPress admin:

  1. Go to HomeRunner > Settings > Central and click Register Webhooks. The confirmation shows how many webhooks were registered.
  2. Run a full sync at HomeRunner > Properties. Hover over the property and click Synchronize, or Synchronize Pricing for rates only. To refresh every property at once, go to HomeRunner > Settings > Sync and start a sync there. It runs in the background and takes a few minutes on larger sites.
  3. To keep the site refreshing automatically, open the Auto Sync section on that same Sync tab, check Auto Synchronize?, and set Auto Sync Interval in minutes. 60 is a sensible value.
  4. Make sure the HomeRunner plugin is on the latest version.

After the sync, reload the property page and open the date picker. Confirm that blocked nights now show as unavailable and that rates match your PMS.
