Your website calendar shows only 12 months of availability, even though your PMS allows bookings further out.
Why this happens. The booking horizon is controlled in more than one place, and the shortest one wins.
Quick check first. If settings were changed recently, do a hard refresh of the property page. A page cached before the change can keep showing the old window.
What to check. Work through these in order:
- The PMS listing’s advance-booking rule. Raise this per listing (or account-wide, depending on your PMS). The rest of the chain follows this number.
- The site’s maximum calendar days setting. Your website carries its own cap. If your PMS is set to 455 days but the site cap is still 365, the site cap wins and your guests only see 12 months.
- The availability and pricing data itself. Even with both settings raised, the calendar can only offer dates it actually holds rates and availability for. That data is pulled from your PMS on a schedule, so it fills in behind the settings rather than instantly.
If the settings look correct and far-out dates still show as unavailable, the gap is likely the data in step 3 rather than a configuration mistake. Contact support rather than changing more settings.
