If your business is registered in a country your preferred payment processor does not serve, whether you can use on-site checkout depends on your PMS and the processor connected to it.
Why this happens. HomeRunner does not process payments itself. Your booking checkout runs against the payment processor already connected to your PMS, so what is available to you is decided by your PMS and your processor, not by HomeRunner. On-site checkout, where the guest completes the whole booking and payment on your own website, requires your PMS to be connected to a processor HomeRunner renders natively. Today that means Stripe or GuestyPay on Guesty, or Stripe on Hostaway.
Payment processors decide which countries they will open a merchant account in based on where your business is legally registered, not where your properties are.
If your processor is not one of these. Property search, availability, and pricing still run on your site, and the guest sees an accurate total before they commit. The final payment step hands off to your PMS’s own hosted payment page.
What you can do. If your business is registered somewhere your preferred processor does not serve, you can use whatever processor your PMS can connect to in your country and accept the hosted payment page handoff for the final step. You can also explore other options with your accountant.
