You have set a global Notice Window in the Advance Notice Blocking module of HomeRunner Toolkit, but your property calendars still let guests pick dates inside that window.
Why this happens. The global Notice Window is a fallback, not an override. When a property has its own Advance Notice value in your PMS (for example, Guesty’s per-listing Advance Notice in hours), that value syncs to your site, and the property’s calendar uses the synced value instead of the global number. The global window applies only to properties that have no advance-notice value in the PMS, and to site-wide calendars such as the search bar, where no single property is selected.
What you can do. To change the effective window for specific properties, update Advance Notice on those listings in your PMS. The change syncs to your site within the hour.
Before you bulk-edit. Changing Advance Notice in your PMS also affects your PMS’s own booking widget and may affect lead-time behavior on channels such as Airbnb and Vrbo. Confirm the value fits all your channels before editing many listings at once.
