Property groups can appear on your site in three ways, and visitors can use them to narrow search results.
Quick filter chips. Chips can be added to the search bar, one per group. When a visitor taps a chip (for example ‘Tiny House’), results narrow to that group. You can configure which chips appear and their order. When there are more chips than fit the screen, the chip row scrolls horizontally, with swipe on mobile and drag on desktop, so a larger number of groups does not break the layout.
Groups in the amenities filter. A sync setting can include groups inside the amenities filter, where they appear as checkboxes alongside the amenities. Groups mix into that list rather than getting a dedicated section.
Group pages and links. Any page can display every property in a group by using the HomeRunner listing shortcode with a group parameter. The same approach works for regular tags. Menu items or buttons can also link to the search page pre-filtered to a specific group.
