After you enable the source-ID secondary slug setting and re-sync your properties, you can check that a specific property’s URL works by loading it in a browser.
- Open a browser.
- Load the property using the format yourdomain.com/property/[guesty-listing-id].
- If the page loads, the mapping is working.
If the page returns a 404. The property may need another sync, or the URL base for your site may differ. For example, some sites use /unit/ instead of /property/.
Contact support with the property name and URL, and support can confirm the correct format for your site.
