If your property cards are not showing star ratings, the setting that controls them depends on where the cards appear.
Explorer cards. The rating on explorer cards is controlled by the Hide rating setting under HomeRunner > Settings > Explorer (option name homelocal_grid_hide_rating). Set it to No, and the explorer cards show a star plus the average rating for every property that has at least one review. Properties with no reviews show nothing. Cards show the average rating only, not the review count.
Shortcode grids. Grids placed with the HomeRunner Toolkit [homerunner-property-grid] shortcode, often used on island, destination, or home pages, have their own switch. Add show_rating="1" to the shortcode, for example [homerunner-property-grid featured="1" show_rating="1"]. Without that attribute, these grids show no stars even when Hide rating is set to No.
