If your AI review summary mentions negative points about your property, you can turn on a mode that leaves them out.
- Update the HomeRunner Conversion Kit to version 1.105.0 or later.
- Go to Review Insights settings > AI Configuration.
- Turn on Positive-Only Mode.
How it works. With this mode on, the AI is instructed to leave out anything negative entirely. A second automatic filter then removes any sentence containing negative or hedging language before it is saved. This applies to the summary, FAQ answers, and seasonal highlights.
Custom Instructions. The same section includes a Custom Instructions box where you can add your own writing rules, for example topics to avoid or preferred terminology.
Existing summaries. Summaries that already exist do not change until you re-process the property. Use the regenerate button on the property or the bulk processing table.
Minimum Star Rating. The Minimum Star Rating setting pairs well with this mode. It keeps low-rated reviews out of the AI’s input altogether.
