Display names in the Conversion Kit commission report

To show a readable display name instead of a domain slug in the commission report, add the site to the Partner Source Registry.

1. Open Conversion Kit.
2. Go to Insights, then the Attribution tab.
3. In the Partner Source Registry box, add a line in the form domain-slug,Display Name (for example example-partner-com,Example Partner).

Sites that have no entry in the registry are listed under Unregistered slugs on that screen.
