You can replace an existing form on your website, such as a Jotform, with a Monday.com form. The simplest option is to send support the Monday.com form link and the page it belongs on, and support swaps the embed for you.
If you edit the page yourself. In the site builder, do not paste the Monday.com share link (the forms.monday.com/forms/<id> URL) into an iframe. Monday blocks that URL from loading inside other websites, so the page shows a blank box.
Instead, use the steps below.
- Use Monday’s embed URL. This is the same link with /embed/ added after /forms/, for example https://forms.monday.com/forms/embed/<form id>.
- Put the embed URL in an iframe set to 100% width with a fixed height tall enough for the whole form. About 1,200px works for a six-field form. A fixed height is needed because Monday forms do not resize the box automatically.
- Save the page and clear the site cache.
The Monday form then loads in place of the old one on desktop and phone.
