The suggested chips in the guest Search by feature on your properties page come from the Toolkit’s Keyword Search settings.
Pinning and hiding terms. In the guest search settings, pinned terms are shown first, in the order you list them, up to eight. Hidden terms never appear as suggestions. You can pin a phrase by name even if it is not in the automatic list. The site counts how many homes mention it and shows the chip with that count.
Choosing what to pin or hide. Hide any term that matches almost every home, since a chip that returns everything does not help a guest narrow down. The admin Keyword Finder shows how many homes each phrase matches, which is the quickest way to decide what to pin or hide.
Seeing your changes. Changes take effect on the properties page right away. If the old chips still show, clear the site cache.
