When one large group wants to stay in several of your properties on the same dates, you can use the Trip Builder in the Conversion Kit to package those homes together.
Creating a trip.
- In WordPress admin, go to HomeRunner and open Trip Builder.
- Create a New Trip and give it a name.
- Set the shared check-in and check-out dates and the total party size.
- Search for and add the homes for the package. You can search by property name, by your internal address nickname, or by listing ID. Each result shows how many guests the home sleeps.
- Save the trip. Saving generates a single shareable link.
How guests book. Each guest opens the shared link and sees every home in the trip with live pricing and a combined package total. Each guest books their own home from that page. The page tracks how many homes are booked as reservations come in.
Managing existing trips. Your existing trips are listed on the same Trip Builder admin screen. From there you can copy a trip’s link again, edit the trip, or delete it. Editing a trip does not change its share link.
