Your website shows the property type set in Guesty by default. You can display a different property type on your website without changing the Guesty listing type.
- Create a custom field in Guesty to hold the property type you want displayed on your website, for example a single text field named Website Property Type.
- Fill in this field for each listing that needs a different type than what is set in Guesty. Listings where you leave the field blank continue to show their standard Guesty property type.
- Contact HomeRunner support with the name of your custom field. Support configures your account’s sync to use it.
After setup, the custom property types appear on your website after the next sync. They replace the synced property type on your website, and the Guesty listing type stays unchanged for your other channels.
