If your fees are rolled into the accommodation fare, you may want the average price on your search results page to include them.
Why this happens. When a guest enters dates, pricing on the search results page can update to reflect the actual quote, with fees included or with fees and taxes included. Before dates are entered, the system cannot predict how much the average needs to shift, because it does not know the stay dates.
What you can do. One option is a rate multiplier for the pre-search average per night, which you set yourself. It brings the displayed average closer to what guests see when they reach the booking widget and receive their reservation quote.
