You may want a WordPress membership plugin such as MemberPress, PMPro, Restrict Content Pro, or WooCommerce Memberships to sync membership status with HomeRunner or a third-party app. Membership plugin integrations are not included in a standard HomeRunner build or monthly plan.
Why this happens. There is no pre-built connector between HomeRunner and membership plugins, and each plugin exposes membership data in a different way. Any sync with another platform needs to be scoped as a custom development project.
What you can do. If you need membership status to gate access or push to another system, contact support to have the scope evaluated and receive an estimate.
