You can bring Revyoos reviews into your website automatically, without a CSV export or a third-party widget. HomeRunner Toolkit includes a Revyoos Review Sync module for this.
Before you start. Your Revyoos plan must include Partner API access. If it does not, Revyoos returns an "access not included" error, and you need to contact Revyoos to enable it.
Setting up the sync.
- In your Revyoos dashboard, go to Account → API Access and click Generate API Key. The key is shown once, so copy it immediately.
- In the HomeRunner Toolkit panel, go to Toolkit Hub → Reviews → Review Tools → Revyoos Review Sync, paste the key, save, and click Test Connection. The test reports how many properties Revyoos sees.
- Click Load Properties from Revyoos. Each Revyoos property is matched to a property on your site by name. Verify the matches, correct any that are wrong, and click Save Mapping. Unmapped properties are skipped.
- Click Sync Now. Reviews are created as HomeRunner review posts with the guest name, date, star rating, source channel (for example "Airbnb"), review text, and your reply, each linked to the correct property.
- Turn on Sync twice a day automatically to keep new reviews and replies coming in.
Good to know. Running a sync again never creates duplicate reviews. Reviews that have a star rating but no written text are not imported.
