Controlling property URLs after a PMS change

After you switch to a new PMS, you may find that all of your property URLs have changed.

Why this happens. HomeRunner is designed to keep existing property URLs the same even when a property’s title changes. However, when properties are fully re-synced from a new PMS, new URLs are generated based on each property’s current title at that time.

Keeping control of your URLs. To maintain full control over your property URLs permanently, you can set up a custom field in your PMS for each property’s URL slug and configure HomeRunner to use that field instead of the property title. Once this is in place, the URL for each property is determined by what you put in that custom field, and syncing or title changes no longer affect it.
