A review shows as Published and Visible in the WordPress Reviews list, but you cannot find it on the property page.
Why this happens. The property page loads only the first batch of reviews. The rest sit behind a Show more reviews button at the bottom of the reviews section, and older reviews appear further down that expanded list.
How to find the review.
- Click Show more reviews at the bottom of the reviews section.
- Use your browser’s find function (Ctrl+F on Windows, Cmd+F on Mac).
- Search for the guest’s name.
If the review is marked Visible in the WordPress Reviews list, it is on the page.
When a review is removed. A review is only removed from the page when it is set to Hidden using the Hide from Front End action in the Reviews list, through the Review Visibility module. A hidden review does not appear anywhere on the page, even after you click Show more reviews.
