After a change goes live on your site, the main language shows it right away, but the translated pages can keep showing the old version for a while.
Why this happens. On a GTranslate-powered site, translated pages are served from GTranslate’s own cache, which is separate from your website. When something changes on your site, the main language updates immediately. The translated versions keep serving their stored copy until that cache refreshes on its own, which typically takes about ten minutes to an hour.
Why a fixed page can still look broken. Your browser also stores a small language preference from GTranslate. On a later visit, that stored preference can send you back to the version you were on before, which looks identical to the original problem.
